I started in this business in 1964 and was transferred to the Four Corners in Brampton in July 1971 with Niagara Finance and Realty, the forerunner of the HSBC Bank. I've been in the Region of Peel ever since.

In 1977, I switched to Canada Trust, where, as the Manager of the Bramalea City Center Branch and subsequently transferred to Mississauga Main Dundas and Hwy. 10, I built a $500,000,000.00 portfolio, the largest in Canada for Canada Trust.

In 1999, I retired as a banker and changed my career as an independent mortgage consultant.

All in all, I've booked over $1.5 billion in mortgages and loans over the years, helping thousands of average people buy homes in the area. Anyone who has dealt with me will remember that I've always pursued a WIN, WIN, WIN philosophy where the customer had to win first.
